"NuAns NEO" does not support Microsoft's official recovery tool "Windows Device Recovery Tool (WDRT)", but if you use the "Windows Imaging and Configuration Designer" tool included in "Windows ADK" and this image file, You can reset "NuAns NEO" to return to factory default.
